Status, Immunities And Privileges Of The Association:
8. Status, immunities and privileges of the Association:
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Nepal laws in force, the status, immunities and privileges set forth in Article 8 of the Association Agreement, and as set out in Schedule-5, shall be accorded to the Association.
